(permissions)

rp permissions.

backtagging: Yes, I live on this.
threadhopping: Sure.
fourthwalling: I'd rather not.
offensive subjects: Hard NOs are sexual abuse + assault and graphic child death. Anything else, we can discuss it if you're not sure.

platonic physical contact: Absolutely good both OOCly and ICly.
romantic physical contact: Without CR to back it up, he's going to end up brushing it off, even if flirting is fine.
violent physical contact: Coming to blows is cool, but if it's going to be anything bigger than a scuffle, let's discuss it so we can figure out the damage. Please don't maim/kill him without permission.
mindreading: Sure, just contact me so I can let you know what's going on in there.
spiritual reading: Reads as human, however his capacity for nen may offer some odd results - contact me if you need to know any details.

ability permissions.

Chrollo possesses an ability called Bandit's Secret, a technique that allows him to steal others' abilities and seal them away for his own personal use in a special book. Theft can only happen under a set of four strict conditions, which are as follows:

*Chrollo must witness the ability with his own eyes.
*He must ask about the ability and be answered.
*The target's palm must touch the handprint on the cover of his book.
*This must all be accomplished within an hour.

Fulfilling these allows him to completely remove the ability from the victim. If the victim should die, their ability vanishes from his book, and he can no longer utilize it.

While Chrollo will not go around simply stealing everyone's abilities for the fun of it, this is still a power that requires care. Should he ever decide to make an attempt to steal a character's power, I will work with you one-on-one to plot the result, and he will never take PC abilities without player consent. However, if this is something you absolutely never want your character to take part in, please reply here so I can know - comments are screened for privacy.
